We had just had quite a bit of work done on our house and was having a lot of trouble with contractors and we were getting very frustrated, having been a former contractor myself, when one day i just happened to run into jc's uncle and we were very glad we did......jc was great to work with. he manufactured and installed railings on our new front brick stairway...he showed up when he said he would, he got the estimate to me very quickly. im still waiting for estimates from other companies a year and a half later. jc did a beautiful job for an extremely reasonable price. the work was done on time and was and is still beautiful. we were very lucky to find him. i would recommend him to anyone, anytime. he was by far the most professional contractor we had working on our house. thank you jc...

JC created wave-like iron panels which were interspersed with wooden panels on our porch. Also a iron bracket supporting stairs inside our house. For this bracket we supplied a picture of a large antique bracket which JC adapted. Both projects required an artistic eye as well as technical skills. We have received many favorable comments. I was looking to have front porch railings installed in my new granite staircase. I needed strong railings that would last and done rather quickly as I had elderly tenants that leaned heavily on them. Not only did the railings come out perfect, JC listened to me by "overfilling" the holes so that there was no "well" left around them to collect water to hasten rust. I contacted a few iron fabricators, JC Iron Works included, to fabricated a steel railing for my home. JC was far and away the most responsive. In fact, JC invited me to his shop to talk through my custom order before bidding it. Others just gave a ballpark figure and waived me off. JC came to my home, took measurements, and returned a few weeks later with the finished product. The railing was an EXACT fit. He wasn't off anywhere. The install took about an hour. Spend 2 minutes talking to JC, and you will quickly realize that he takes a great deal of pride in his work. I contracted with JC Iron Works for a railing around a raised patio and down 3 steps, and gave him the freedom to design it as he saw fit. The railing contains solid corner posts, alternating twisted and straight balusters, 3 matching attractive decorative formations, and many fine touches on the top rail that many others would not take the time to do. Installation was very professional, and I expect it to last many years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JC IronWorks to anyone who wants high quality work that will last.
